Lately, I have been making myself purge my dinner, since its the only meal I eat. I don't know how to talk to somebody to get help. I already know that I will put into an institution, I was already threatened with it when my parents found out I was cuttin myself. But I don't know who to talk to or how to get help. If I talk to a school councelor, they'll tell my parents. If I talk to my therapist, she'll tell my mom. And if I tell a friend, they'll tell their parents or the school councelor. I can't do this by myself. I'm very stressed, right now. Thanks for reading. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Asking for help will not get you sent to an instituation. It seems that you are aware of the negative affects this is having on your life so you are way ahead of some other people with eating disorders.
Your counsellor and therapist can only tell your parents if they fell you will harm yourself, granted doing this is harming yourself but you can make a contract with your therapist saying that you will not purge that day and that you want to be put in a day program at your local hospital.
The reason people get put into institutions( though they are generaly not called that anymore) is when they are at deaths door or there is a strong likley hood that they will cause sever harm to themselves.
You need to get a plan set up for you, this is a NEED. This plan can get into action with the help of your therapist , trust me at this point in time they are your best friend because they have connections! at times it is not easy to get in to day programs because they are not accepting people but therapists can pull some strings to get you in.
It is very hard to trust, but sometimes we have to jump in head first and hope that it all comes out ok.
Good luck!

it sounds like your parents knowing what is going on with you may be a good idea, are your parents mean or unkind to you, you need some help with things now and your parents should be involved in helping and in the process (going to counseling with you) cutting and purging (bulimia) are generally expressions of anxiety, maby some control issues too. Please tell your mother or someone, the outcome could not be worse than how you are feeling now, don't worry you are stronger than you think!!

Why not go to church to make an appointment to talk with a pastor?
