does it help to cover the elastic part with a different cloth?
Try sewing a cover over the elastic part of the cloth.
Go to a taylor and ask what you can do to cover up the elastic part. And hopefully you should be fine.
But if you still do have an allergy , then i guess the only thing you can do is ask for a special one made for you which means more cost or try designing your own or ask a taylor to do the job for you.
That should be very frustrating. I hope it goes well.

hanes makes a seamless panty they are not as cheap as the others but they have no elastic, i have never heard of this before and the elastic is usually covered if you know someone who sews have them put covers over the elastic on the shoulders of the bra. you have to wear both period, so i would start finding something you can use

What about boy-shorts in 100% cotton i dont think there is an elastic band involved and if there is it is covered up, unlike regular cotton briefs with the white plastic elastic bands around the waist that read fruit of the loom... etc.
what about all lace panties? or even edible undies..lol.. hmm. perhaps if you researched it online you could find something thats hypo-allergenic if that works.. im sorry im not more helpful.. i am allergic to feathers so the only requirement is no goosedown blankets in my house...lol. here are some links that have no elastic in them that i have found for you.. hope this helped =)

From what i read maybe you are allergic to rubber? You need to find hypoallergenic clothes. This really sounds like a problem, I think you need to treat this allergy, see your doctor, you can get rid of this, it won't be easy, but it wil work.

Try washing your clothes with hypo allergenic detergent and make sure it is all getting rinsed out of your clothes. I had the same problem, It was the detergent that was the culprit, the elastic just held it against my skin,
