question about my new phone?

I just got a motorola V325i phone, because they told me it can hook up to the computer with a usb cable. I have the cable and plugged it in and it said found new hardware, then install it, I try to then it says it was unable to find the correct software. what should I do?

You should have got A CD with the phone. Install the software on that before pluging the phone in.

You need Motorola Phone Tools. Try going to the Motorola website & downloading it for a fee.
