I can never, ever get to sleep when I am suppose to unless I get to play hockey during the day (I know werid, but it is the only thing that wears me out. I work out everyday (bike, skate, walk, run) for at least an hour, but it does not do anything.) I normally go to sleep at midnight, and I can still get up at 6:30 and not be tired during the day. I am only 14, and I know I need more sleep then this, but I do not know how to do that. So, is this unusual? Any ideas on how I can get more sleep?
I know I am stress (we are moving in less then 6 months and we just found out, and on top of school I am taking night classes). So I know that I am stress.
Alright, please help!!!
