STROKE.. MY AUNT RECENTLY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM SHE HAD PROBLEM PRONOUNCING HER WORDS AND HER MOUTH AND EYE DROOPED SOME. SHE IS A LITTLE BETTER NOW...

The answer is YES. I'm no Dr. but sounds like stroke symptoms. The symptoms can be just like you descibed. But you said that there was vision impairment. Is it trouble speaking and reading? Get that person checked of course. :)

You really need to see your doctor or go to the emergency room these are signs of a stroke.

Get checked to see if you have had a stroke. Both symptoms fit with that.
