im on a student visa and recently i have been suspended (for the things that i didnt do - so fcuking unfair). anyways, the only options that i have is to enroll in another school as a fulltime student but my parents could not support me. i want to stay in america coz i know if i go back, i wouldnt wanna come back here again, thus i cant graduate (and i only have 16 more credits to graduate). i went to USCIS website and got this few forms that could be my options. can anybody tell me which form would be the most suitable for my case?

Just stay. Change your name to something Hispanic and contact the ACLU, claiming some sort of nebulous injustice. You'll be here until you die.

Form I-129 is suitable if you have found an employer who is willing to petition you or Form I-765 to apply for work authorization. The other two forms will not be applicable since you dont have substantial amount of money (based on your given info) to open a business in the US and because you are clearly not a victim of human trafficking.

Do you mean expelled? If you're suspended you should be able to go back to school.
I guess you're choices are either to apply for an extension/new visa or go back to wherever you're from.
Good luck

i'm sorry thats too many links. if you aren't enrolled in school then you can't stay. how long are you suspended for? if you don't want to come back that would be a shame to be so close and not graduate.

hey i really support you for coming here and getting a college degree...to extend your visa you would probally have to either apply for a new one plain out or explain your situation and ask for an extention...maybe you can become a full citizen???
