I always dreamed about a candle-lit dinner, and rose petals......
When he actually popped the question, it was a beautiful winter day. We were in front of a fountain where we'd spent many a night 5 years before in under-grad.
Whatever you do, make it something special to the two of you--it's not about anyone else's idea of magic. :)

I think I would like something that would be just the two of us... some where that we are alone and no one is around.. he takes me down to the beach at night.. and asks me.. that would be sweet.. or the corny little valentines day dinner and proposal.. thats always a good one...

somewhere romanitc, like a nice resturant and maybe a waterfal near by and him take me out to the waterfal and propose to me, (thats one of them) Or him take me to a nice resturant and proposed to me romanitcly..something that is meaningful..it doesnt really matter that much to me just as long as i am with him and he truly loves me then thats all it will take for me to be happy.

Obviously, you are very young and in a fantasy world. Mature people don't sit around thinking of this kind of thing, because in the long run, it really doesn't matter. Get out of your haze, dear, life is waiting out there.
