Why do they even bother arresting celebrities in Californina? They get off with nothing or a slap on the wrist (with only two fingers by the way). Like her previous theft thing (she got caught stealing ON CAMERA) the DA will say there's not enough evidence.

YES!!! it's REALLY true. She was coming from a chairty benifit or something, it was 12:30 am. The police pulled her over for reckelss driving. Her sister and boyfriend *at the moment* got her out
