I am moving to Washington State this summer. I'm in the Air Force Reserves and going to be working at McChord AFB in Tacoma. I am trying to find some good single apartments thats about halfway between Tacoma and Seattle so its not to far from Seattle and not too far from the base. I don't want trash. I want something affordable. October 4-7. I've stayed at the Strat. It's just too far on the other end of the strip. I would rather something on the more populated end of the strip. No kids traveling with us. Any suggestions?

I will be staying in Vegas for the 4th of July for two nights with a ladyfriend, and was wondering which hotel is better, the Luxor, or Tropicana? We are both in our 20's. I have heard the Luxor defined as "Ghetto" but I could think of worse places. I would never stay at NY, NY, Paris, Excalibur, MGM. Thanks
