It seems like a GREAT place to live.

Excellent climate...
Low cost of living...
Naturesque; Great public park system...
Fresh air...
Decent job market...
Crime rate not terrible...
Culture...

Is there a catch? It seems like a great place to live.

I don't mind the cold. In fact, I absolutely love cold, and snow.

The only thing I can really think of negative is getting used to thin air (I live at sea level), and the whole sunshine/UV ray deal.

I will be flying out on Wednesday before thanksgiving and i know traffic will be horrendous, so I would like to avoid buses/taxis. Are their any trains/subways from Grand Central to either JFK or LGA? I haven't book my ticket, so the choice of airport is still open.

So, the Three Days Grace concert is pretty much sold out, however there are a few sites that still have (for a reasonable price) balcony tix. Does anyone know how worth it it would be to still go being on the balcony? (at 95+tx per person) Just seems like alot to me if we aren't going to get the "full effect" if you know what I mean.
