Nope. You have to pay $8.00 for all-day access. Here's the locations:
Terminal 1 Gates 3-10, Terminal 2 all gates & food court, Terminal 3 Gate 30, Terminal 4 Gates 40-45 & food court, Terminal 5 Gates 50-52, Terminal 6 Gates 64-54 & 67, Terminal 7 Gates 70-71

I work at LAX. Internet is located where you are close to the gates, but as the other person said, it is not free. Also once you exit the security area, the Tom Bradley Terminal, which is between T-3 and T-4 and go upstairs at the north end they have Internet access.
