Try Trailways or Greyhound, I am sure that one of those 2 covers that ground. Also, there might be local bus service to Detroit. Another thing with 11 people going have you looked for shuttle service?? That might be more convenient, cheaper and door to door.

They do not have a bus that runs from ann arbor to detroit unless you wanna take greyhound....rent a van or limo
