We have 4 girls staying at the Flamingo in July... Do you think if we only had two room keys (only 'reported' 2) all 4 of us could still get into the pool if we brought our own towels?

Do they really check your key?

Flamingo is actually one of the hotels that DOESN'T check whether you're a guest or not in order to use their pool . There isn't a gated entrance to get into the pool - it's an open area where guests can walk around. If you're a guest, it's somewhat inconvenient because all of the locals go there, but if you're a local, it's nice. Other pools that are somewhat easy to get into are Luxor and Venetian (if you follow someone with a key into the elevator, you can get up to the pool floor). But no, you won't have a problem getting more people into the Flamingo pool at all.

I stay at the Flamingo twice and The Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Flamingo once. They never checked our key. When I stay at the HGVC we had our own pool but everybody still used the Flamingo hotel pool.

No problem at all getting all four in. Any more than that my be more difficult but 4 people on 2 keys, security wouldnt even bat an eye at just about any pool in Vegas.

You need the room keys to get into the pool. Also, you can bring your own towels and a party with you into any pool in any casino that has a pool. You just have to have the room key to that casino. Just have to follow their guide lines. To my knowledge one room key can get all four of you into the pool
Sorry but I may be reading your question wrong.

Tell them you need four keys (two each). If they ask why, tell them just in case you forget one in your room
