Priceline.com and name your own price. Do some research first though to see what rooms are going for so you can offer about half. July is a good time to go to Vegas from a financial stand point because if there is an off-season for Vegas it is during the summer when it can get really hot. The trade off? Cheaper rooms. There is also the worlds largest motel 6 that is not in too bad of a location within walking distance of the south end of strip.

As a frequent traveler to Vegas and a Harrah's Platinum card holder - I can tell you that the only deal you may get is a room or two 'comped'. Other than that, when I went 2 years ago with some friends for my bachelor party, the hotel/casino did not do anything else.

Cheap...Vegas...bachelor party...which of these three terms don't belong?
Try the Flamingo Hilton, but you shouldn't be going to Vegas if you are looking for cheap.
Sorry to say, but the first guy doesn't know what he is talking about. I'm going to a bachelor party in July at the Palms and hotels don't give deals to people having bachelor parties. Maybe if you were a high roller (and then it clearly wouldn't be cheap), but otherwise no. And strip clubs are nothing but expensive, fun but expensive.

Call the MGM, New York, New York, or Hard Rock Hotel,
They usually give out specials for bachelor party stays.
Across the street from the Hard Rock is a popular strip club called "paradise" a lot of people go there for their bachelor party also.
The guy below me, (just a friend) doesn't realize I live in Las Vegas and I have a friend that gives out specials for bachelor and bachelorette parties. From Coupons to word of mouth from one casino to another casino. And I recently went to a bachelor party with my friend in name and he only spent about 1500.00 amongst 7 of us which breaks down to about to 215.00 per person. which included hotels, vip passes to certain strip clubs, night club tickets, etc. Sorry but he is right, the palms is a good casino also for bachelor paries also. I just forgot to put that on my list I showed you earlier.
In Las Vegas it's who you know that will give you things at a cheaper price. Not where you go.

If the price of the room is your main concern, consider the Stratosphere. It is often the cheapest place on the strip most nights but it isnt a rat hole. It also is located between downtown and most of the strip hotel so you can hit both during the party.

You can't go cheap!!! C'mon!! That's when you go all out. But if you insist on being cheap, take a road trip(or hitch hike) Go to the casinos that are not on the strip and sacrifice the pretty strippers with hookers.

If you want cheap. Stay home. You will save a lot of dough.
Especially on a weekend. Prices are always higher.
