I am interested in pursuing a career in Musical Theater. I would like to go to NYU, because you're in the city-which is an easy way to get introduced to casting directors, producers etc.

I looked at NYU's website and Saw they had Acting, Drama and Music Theatre. What is the difference of all which should I do? I would be interested in Voice performance too. But there really isn't a "musical theater" program-at least I don't think!

Does anyone know of any asian neighborhoods in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area that are safe to live in and if they are accessible by DART? Also, where are some places to find a job if you are asian and are both fluent in english and mandarin.

I am taking a trip to LasVegas and Expedia offers a power pass to get discounts on dinners and attractions while in Las Vegas. Is it worth it or should I wait until we get to the hotel and just look around for good deals on things?

Hello. I am a Michigan teacher certified in elementary education and Spanish. I hope to relocate to either the Seattle or Vancouver (WA) areas by next fall. I am currently in the process of getting certified in Washington, but would like to know a few things:

1) Does generally a lot of hiring take place in the education field?
2) Namely, what are some nice districts to work for?
3) Specifically, where would an ideal location be to live for an avid music/concert lover?

Thank you for your help!

I have previously worked in the Boston and Florida IT markets. In Boston I liked the professional atmosphere in IT, but a bit too cold weatherwise. Florida has good weather, but less of IT jobs. Currently I am looking for an affordable city that has reasonable weather, good IT jobs, low crime and relatively good school districts. Denver seems to be the best match, after researching on the Net. I have never visited Denver (other than transiting thriugh the Airport) so any information from someone who has lived, worked, and commuted in Denver would be helpfull. Thanks
