I found flights Sacramento to Kingman (about 30miles from Bullhead) offered by United and Delta Airlines.

Flights from Sacto to Lake Havasu (40 miles away) offered by America West and US Airways.

It's all expensive enough for me to consider a Sacto to Las Vegas flight at 175 one-way and rent a car to drive 80 miles to Bullhead City.

Currently, the days are sunny and warm, but the night is cold and dry.

Check with the website of the airline of your choice. If Bullhead is not a major city, you may have to book a flight that has at least one layover - Sacramento airport accommodates all major airlines. Be sure to check Southwest Air and JetBlue websites for possibly the cheapest rates. :)
