im soo worried about if ill be able to make the transition. im hopin that ill be able to overcome my homesickness. im so worried about if ill be able to find my way around and get used to it. im worried if me and my roommate will get along, i mean we got alot in common, but EVERYBODY has their ups and downs. Im tryin to keep a positive outlook on this, but its just SO HARD trying to get myself to look on the bright side of moving to a new place. Im not sayin im happy where im at, i mean i am, but i DONT want to stay here. its SO boring. but now when i actually bought my ticket to leave, i was hit with this surreal feeling, like "WHOA im really doing this" and now im havin all these worries, fears, and negative thoughts? what should i do? is this normal? if youve gone through this before, PLEASE tell me your experience, and how you overcame it, or maybe didnt. ive lived in my current state for most of my life, but i cant stand it, and refuse to limit myself to it. im 19 goin on 20.

I live in California...We are thinking of moving to Fort Worth/Dallas.. I have heard that some of you say that there is a traffice problem in Ft Worth/Dallas.. Really?
Compared to Los Angeles? We live in Los Angeles and the traffice is horrible. It takes like 45 minutes to make it to 12 miles.

Thats what im doing. Im moving to North Carolina from Kansas, where theres NOTHING at all to do. Im 19 and ive lived here in this medium-sized city in Kansas, for most of my life. Ive always said as long as ive been here that I would like to go and see what else the world has to offer. Because in Kansas like I said, theres NOTHING here, and its like we're seperated from the rest of the world. And it makes me soooo envious to see other cities on TV like L.A. and New York City, and Dallas, and so on, to see that they have so much going on, like different cultures, special events, amusement parks, and so on...It just makes me sooo mad for me to be stuck in lil ol' yellow brick road, Kansas with Dorothy and Toto from the Wizard of Oz. But recently a friend of mine offered me a opportunity to come and live with them or atleast visit, cuz they know how much I hate it here. I finally excepted since I aint got nothin else goin on in my life. But Im just soo nervous cuz ive never been to NC.

Hi we are planning a trip to San Diego over Christmas. I saw that the average high was 65. What should I expect from the weather? Should we bring any shorts? I am sure swimming is out of the question, but will it still be nice to walk along the beach? I would love any advice you may have. Also bringing two elementary age children and plan on seeing SeaWorld, the Zoo, and possibly Legoland. Have a whole week to spend. Ideas would be great.
