It all depends on what part of Washington you'll be in.

Mount Baker has some of the Greatest Skiing in the Northwest.

Also if you can get North of Seattle, Whistler in BC (British Columbia) is the BEST! Their are many options for transpotation to Whistler. Check out their WEB Site!

Stevens Pass is another great area to ski.

Afterall... Washington has the greatest Cascade Mountain Range, very beautiful! You wont be disappointed no matter where you go to ski! ENJOY! :)

Also I forgot to mention. Mount Rainer/ Crystal Mountian

If you are on the east side, go to white pass, if you are on the west side go to Steven's Pass or Mt. Baker or Crystal, if you are in seattle you can get to snoqualmie pass very easy and will enjoy it if you are from the mid west (not much elevation change) and actually Alpental is worth the drive up there (by far the closest to Seattle) great back country and steeps, but you have to work for them). and a trip to either Mt. Hood Meadows or Whistler/Blackcomb is deffinetly in order. The further east you go the lighter the snow is, the coastal mountains are famous for the cascade concrete

Whistler, British Columbia, Canada

Without a doubt Crystal Mtn is the best.
Stevens Pass is great but usually more crowded especially over the weekends.
Mount Baker is OK and available when other areas have too little snow.
Check the weather forecast for best results.

Mount Rainer is a decent place to ski... If you want to make a weekend trip, I'd definantly ski Timberline (Outside Portland, Oregon).. Its an amazing place to ski.. great atmosphere too!
