It depends how you go (either from where you are to 128/95 to 95 south or from where you are to Rte 1 south to 93 south to 95 south) and when you go (about 1 1/2 hrs non-rush hours; rush hours could almost double the time).
If you are going to downtown and university area of Providence consider relaxing by taking the trains (Beverly or Salem station to North Station,Boston, connect via orange line subway to Back Bay Station for train to Providence).

Roughly an hour and 15 minutes or so would be a good guess. Depends which way you drive, and what time of day you leave, etc.
