It says it is not a timeshare promotion. It is actually from Radisson, Does anyone know about this?

If it is from a Raddison, then it is probably legit. You have probably stayed at a Raddison before so they may want to promote a new location or rehab of an old facility. If this looks appealing to you, sign up and enjoy your stay!!
