to be honest it is actually a really dirty hotel on the outside...the location is not great (right across from deserted lands at the moment) and it's one of the older hotels/casinos in Vegas. I think that back in the day it may have been a nice place to stay--but now a lot of work has to be done. I mean how can it compete with places like the Luxor, MGM Grand, and the Bellagio...it really can't.

You're kidding, right? Why the hell would that hotel have bedbugs? It's a casino/hotel that competes with billion dollar casino/hotels for customers. If you're that worried; cancel your reservations and stay at a $300/night hotel where the bedbugs are much classier.

It's getting old, but the prices can be some of the cheapest on the strip. Not my preference. With a bit of research, you can find a better strip hotel for maybe $20 more a night.

It's OK, it's been renovated so it's a bit better than it was ... I prefer hotels mid strip or south strip, my fav being the Luxor or the Venetian.
