No offense meant but "DISNEY "LAND" is no less than 3000 miles distant from GA. Even DISNEY WORLD is no less than a days drive by car.
Georgia has it's own enticements, even tourist related, but certainly far beyond standing in lines, and paying $8 American for a hamburger.
I happen to enjoy North West GA, for it's KINDA mountainous effects, and scenery, and many quaint towns...IE: HELEN.
Certainly, beyond that it has beaches, in a decent travel time to the Atlantic,,,but if you did radius travel,,,as far as Disney World to the South, you'd be able to touch Virginia, Tennessee, The Other Gulf Coast states, The capital Wash. DC,,,etc. etc. etc.
If you have money to "burn" so to speak, there are many hotels on Disney property,,,but if you wanted to have MORE play money, there are thousands of rooms available within Shuttle distance, which offer quality, and decent prices.
BTW the "season" is upon US,,,here in Central FL,,,sigh.

Kingsland has a little Downtown area, but being that its right on I-95, there are many restaurants, motels, and a few bars and shops in the area. Just east of Kingsland is the city of St. Marys, which has a historic Downtown area on the St. Marys River. There is the St. Marys Submarine Museum, Orange Hall, Cumberland Island Visitor Center. There are shops and restaurants there. Crooked River State Park is nearby and the McIntosh Sugar Mill Ruins on Spur 40.
Jacksonville, FL is about 30 minutes south of Kingsland on I-95. The Jacksonville Zoo is nice, and city has many good museums, restaurants, and shops.
Disney World is about 3 hours away from Kingsland. The nearest indoor shopping malls to Kingsland are in Jacksonville, FL and Brunswick, GA. St. Marys has a Wal-Mart.
I hope this helps, and have a good stay.
