I reckon its about $40-50.. well it does not take long at all to get there.. but obviously depending on traffic.. i was at the port last month and it took me about 30 minutes maximum to get to the airport. but i would give myself at least an hour just in case of heavy traffic.. u never can tell these things..
But you know, u could save quite a bit by one of those airport shuttles... the going rate is $15 for a passenger.. so its probably useful if ur travelling alone and not with family.

The other answers are about right, but make sure airport to cruise port shuttle service is not included in your cruise package and cost.
Most, if not all, the cruises I've taken, a dozen or so, have the airport shuttle included in the cost of the cruise. In fact, each cruise, someone from the cruise ship came to the airport to pick us up and take us to the ship. They also took back to the airport after the curise was done. Before you lay out the big bucks, best check on that possibility.

Depending on the time of day and the traffic situation, it may take up to 45 Min's. or less. The cost will probably be around $30 or so not including tip.
My suggestion is to check with your cruise line - they have real good information and should know for sure the time and cost. Sometimes the cruise line has a bus that picks up passengers at the airport - worth a call to find out. Good Luck :)
