my friend got a managerial job offer in Shell- Nigeria with a monthly salary of USD 19,000.00. All benefits such as housing, medical, transportation, paid annual travel...other perks are all provided...they all sound too good to be true. Of cors we have check the website & it exists. All transactions including job offer, contract/term & conditions were via email. So far he hasn't been contacted on the phone but he does call them on the given contact numbers & did talk to HR or so...we are aware of the rampant scams in this country hence the inquiry if anyone of you has similar offers or experience would be welcome.
Thanks a lot.

I am an aspiring actress and model and I want to move to LA. Is this a good idea? What are some good neighborhoods in LA? Is there a lot of commercial print work in LA? Is it expensive? Tell me everything I need to know.
And before you say it, I don't have the "look" for NYC, so I will not be going there.

Guys do you think its better to drive from Florida to Las Vegas? Because i found out that they will not rent you a car if you are under 25. Does anyone know how much money it would cost to drive up there and how long does it take so we can make reservation for our hotel room when we get there?

Hi everyone, here's a chance to get an easy "best answer". Answer my question completely and thoroughly and it's yours!

Ok, I'm going to NYC on Saturday. I'm taking a bus and it arrives at 49th and 6th. This is next to Rockefeller Center, correct?
From here I need to get to Chinatown, where is the nearest station, what subway do I take and do I have to change trains at any point? What is the best point to get off to be at the "heart" of Chinatown?

After Chinatown I need to get to Columbia University. How much time should I plan to get there, and again, give me subway routes.

Then I'm returning to 49th and 6th to leave. How much time should I give myself from Columbia to there so I don't miss my bus?

Also I need to know roughly how much I can expect to spend on subway fares for the mentioned destinations.

So I need specific information on stops, lines/routes, time, and costs. This will save me time since I don't have much to spare. First person to give a thorough answer gets "best.

I will be moving to St. Louis and wanted to know what everyone thinks of this area west of lafayette square? It is at I-44 and Jefferson. Is this area dangerous or up and coming? I know that a bunch of new houses were built everywhere, but it could still be shady. Thanks!

I'm planning a trip, and I want to visit the rainforest, the beach, ayers rock, the outback, the barrier reef. Obviously not all in the same trip, but as many as possible in the nicest weather possible.
