Should try out Amigo in Nguyen Hue ave, they have the best Surf n' Turf, and oyster-stuffed Mignon is awesome.
Or the Crazy Horse steakhouse in Thai Van Lung str.
But any big hotel...Caravelle, Sofitel should provide you great steak.

i was in SG last summer and went to a place called "Texas Bar" and i saw that there were various steak cuts on the menu that you could get but i didnt try it any of them. i got a quesadilla because at the time i was there for almost 2 months and had a lot of beef already so i was dying for something somewhat like Mexican food!

I guess you look for the biggest, fanciest western restaurants in the cities you go to. The Vietnamese restaurants I have sampled tend to slice any meat into small, non-steak sized pieces.
