I live in Thailand and every single playoff game so far has been shown over here on ESPN, some that are shown live in the middle of the night because of the time difference are repeated during the day. So either try a sports bar like the above answer said or make sure your hotel has ESPN, most decent one's do.
One more thing, you might have a real hard time getting anybody to watch a baseball game in a HK sports bar if there's a soccer game on at the same time, most people in Asia could care less about baseball.
