I am from lebanon, and have lived in the U.S. with my alien registration card form I-551 (permanent residency) for 32 years, with just the alien card, can i travel from U.S. to mexico and back safely? i know i can if i just have my alien card, but im wondering if i can if i am from lebanon but live in us....please answer asap!

In about a week and a half I will be flying by myself for the first time. I usually fly with someone else who takes care of the baggage and everything but this time it is only me. What kind of routine would you sugguest? Any other details would be helpful. Feel free to give me details up to the leaving the destination airport (someone would pick me up as opposed to taking a cab or renting a car).

I'm moving to Maryland in less than 2 weeks as a spur of the moment idea to be with someone i truly love. I'm rather scared because i dont know anything about the Severn or any attractions out there. 3)Economical travel and lodging options
4)Any advice at all to a first-time international traveler

I'd be much obliged.
Keep in mind, I'm a college student at University of Central Florida, and only have about 1200 dollars to spend on this. Also, I have about a month of travel time, and I am ABSOLUTELY set on going in winter.
