Indians have a bad reputation of being cheap going against the law and having a bad accent and english. Depends which country he goes to. i am treated like an american although I am an Indian because I am a civilzed person.

I have not noticed any bad treatment of Indian tourists...
Perhaps they are simply expecting more than is commonly
