WE ARE AHEAD OF PLACES IN THE STATES!!!!!!! (rolling eyes)
During DST, it is 9pm in Barbados when it is 8 pm in the ET zones in the States. Last night I had a call from the West Coast (CA) and it was 7:30 pm there and 11:30 pm here in Barbados...(he woke me up :(

We are never behind any where in the US and not 5 hours ahead of anywhere in the US either, unless Carinayot is thinking of Hawaii.... we do not change our clocks, so when N Amercia "falls back" every October, we vary from 1 - 4 hours ahead. Come "spring ahead" we are the same to 3 hours ahead.

They are four hours behind Greenwhich mean time ie it is now 20.09 in Barbados it is 16.09

its about 4 hours behind U.K time and 5 hours in some parts of the US.
