My wife and I are travelling through Paris/Belgium/Netherlands for the holidays. We'll be using public trains and busses to get around. The laptop would be nice to have for uploading photos each day and gathering useful local information. However, the downside is it's one more thing to lug around as we move through Europe.

My husband and I are moving to the Cleveland area for work. We do not mind a long commute, do not have kids, but have pets. We are looking for a trendy area to start looking for houses. Please provide any suggestions. We like downtown areas, easily walk to restaurants, pubs, stores etc. Also, interested in farmers' markets and parks. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

My flight back home is the next morning. That gives me probably only an evening to walk around Hamburg. What night activities should I visit that would be memorable (as a token of memory from my trip to Europe?)

I'm going to Berlin in a month's time (Can't WAIT!!!), and I might be spending a few nights there. Could someone suggest some popular night-life activities? There were suggestions of going to pub/discos, but I was looking for something else. I was at France last year around the same time, my stroll with my friends down Champ D'Elysees was so great, really memorable. The hustle and bustle of people, the different sights along the way, the shops... In Russia I miss out on those things (we avoid going out at night- it gets dangerous for us foreigners to be out and about after it gets dark). Even in Malaysia I used to talk walks with family and friends, just enjoying ourselves.
Oh yeah, are there are popular ghost tours about? Like the one I heard in Prague?
