GO to vile parle station and buy a ticket to vasai road railway station, hop into the next virar slow train (which is very occasional) or get into a borivili or Andheri train and take the next fast train to VIrar either from Andheri Station or Borivili Station

Follow this route: Vile Parle -------> andheri -------->vasai road
or
Vile Parle -------> Borivili -------->vasai road

Take one rickshaw to Andheri railway station, from here you will get Virar train which will take you to Vasai Road railway station. You don't get Virar train from Vile parle.

If u want to do it in an economical way, then take an auto
[rickshaw] to Vileparle Rly. Station and catch a local going to Vasai.
Next would be to take a cab [taxi] from the airport/
You many also hire a pre-paid cab.
