You can go to the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia, they have a website for Electronic Visa, here is the application form:

it seems that you are too late now, but just in case you face any problem, you can contact the Saudi embassy in your country, good luck

I dont think there is any online service for haj visa,
you can only get info online. not visa.
you have to check any authorized agent locally.

well i think you have to check directly with the embassy or diplomatical missions there here you are , and they will tell you
i dont think online application is available for haj visa
