I don't have many vacation days left, but I'm dying to go on one more big vacation before the end of the year. You think a weekend trip to hawaii is worth it?

I need help. Does anyone know a good website that can give me vendors and info on Cancun weddings. I've been to so many websites that give you the same info. No one show's anything on wedding rentals, wedding caterers, etc. They are all wedding coordinators and that is not what I need. Please someone help me find a good website. Or if anyone knows some good wedding rental supply places and great caterers in Cancun.

their countries and live "like kings" (on what would be considered middle-class savings/earning in the US/Canada) while they and their countrymen generally have so little and less opportunity to achieve "the good life?" Or, are these retirees/ex-patriates welcomed for bringing jobs and contributing somewhat to the local economies? Just wondering if their are any ex-Americans or ex-Canadians who have retired anywhere in Latin America (or the Caribbean is fine also) , or, if there are any "native" citizens of Latin American countries with any first-hand experiences/opinions, good or bad, on this type of situation?

I have been told by someone I know who has a metal hip joint, that he has to carry a medical certificate saying this to enable him to pass airport security despite seting off metal detectors. Prior to carrying this he visited Paris and was subjected to a body search because he had no proof of his metal joint. Am I likely to have to do the same

Can you suggest any good Paris restaurants? I'm looking for trendy, interesting places to eat. I have been to Buddha Bar and Alcazar last month and the service was absolutely horrendous. Looking for some new places to visit. Thanks.

I know it's not perfect, but nowhere is. I complained too until I spent many years living outside the UK, mostly in developing countries, and (trite as this sounds) learned to appreciate all that we have.

My question is - Just what do you think is so bad about living in the UK?

So I was in Canada over the summer and we went to visit some relatives in Toronto. But then my parents decided to drive to Quebec City for an extended vacation there. And like when we got into Quebec, it wasn't like Canada at all. I mean like I know they speak french there but even the infastructure was different. They even have there own gas station companies, food chains and all sorts of other things unique to Quebec.

It's sorta weird, because I thought it would be just like Ontario or any other Canadian province just french. Why is it so different?
