No question, the Scotsman would win! I've been attending Scottish festivals for years, due to my own Scottish heritage and Scotsmen are hunks! Nothing more strong sexy than a Scotsman in a kilt! The English guys are cute...such as Hugh Grant, but give me a big Scottish lad anyday.

Based on equal measure - The Scot would win, the English are more cry babies anyway.
Put one Scotsman against 10 English men and he'll take them on, but put one English man against 10 Scotsmen and watch him run!
