Can you suggest any good Paris restaurants? I'm looking for trendy, interesting places to eat. I have been to Buddha Bar and Alcazar last month and the service was absolutely horrendous. Looking for some new places to visit. Thanks.

Two places where you can never go wrong:
* Le Fumoir, just outside Louvre-Rivoli Metro
* Le Triporteur, which is in the 14eme, but you'll have to look up the address because I only know how to walk there!
If you feel like something quite different, hop off the Metro at Arts et Metiers and go to any of the little Chinese places in the Marais. Fantastic, genuine Chinese food, quite different from all the Vietnamese "Chinese" traiteurs everywhere else.
And for a really good carpaccio, go to Hippo on the Bastille.

I'm not sure that "trendy" and "good" (or "interesting") are concepts that mesh in Paris any more than they do any place else in the world.
The Buddha Bar is an excellent example. The food is inedible, the service (as you noticed) is horrendous and the decor looks like it was done by Charlie Chan on crack. Personally, I wasn't too fond of the name either (given that I'm a Buddhist). Sort of like having a place called the Jesus Gin Joint or the Son of God disco.
Try Le Divin at 41, rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie in the 4th arr., Les Fetes Galantes at 17, rue de l'Ecole Polytechnique in the 5th or Maison de la Lozère (the aligot is great) at 4, rue Hautefeuille in the 6th.

Why dont you check out the Latin Quarter...there are all kinds of interesting little restaurants all along the narrow streets...

you can go to the Mouffetard street (rue Mouffetard), or in the Lombard street : there are a lot of restaurants.
you can also try "Le petit Palais" in the 'rue Beaujolais' : great !

hardrock cafe was nice when i went, i also found that most of the best food came from the little stands people had on corners.
