At first I thought it had chicken pox. But I got used to it. Inside its got some cool shops and is quite magical. But its such a shame they closed the Birmingham eye. Its got a nice Chinese Restaurant near it- Wagamomas- I think that's how u spell it!

Has it not been gutted and re-built (not the Rotunda, but the buildings around it...has the Rotunda been jazzed up externally?). Was there not a market in the mid-seventies - that's the last time I saw it close up!

As it is now, or as it was.
Now it is a clinical shopping mall with a glitzy showcase selfridges building. Besides Selfridges (which is tacky) its just like any other centre.
In the past, they had a vibrant market community that many enjoyed.

truely magical.
We in Birmingham should be proud.
Still concrete upon concrete but unlike the 70's getto.... money has been spent tarting this up.
What do you think?
