I love to rn. when i run i feel free. but when i tell myself i am going to run today i feel scarced. scarced of what i don't know. but when i force myself to do it i love it. i want to know, if 3 times in my neighborhood is a mile, and all i can do is 2 times around, can i train myself to run 3 miles by April? is that possible? i was thinking that everyweek i can try to do one extra lap and then the last week i can just run that mile. like there are 4 weeks in january, so i can run 2 laps this week, 3 laps next week, and just pratice runing a mile for that month. then increase that way for the other months. i am doing this for my track team.
