If your looking for suppliments, can't help you. Don't believe in them. A good balanced diet and rest will give you everything that you need. As for workots SPEED - EXPLOSION. If you do plyo's once a week and a speed workout (short full speed all out) with proper rest you will get quicker. How fast you gey really depends on your gentic makeup however.
I don't know what your looking for when it comes to endurance. If your talking about 400 or a quarter mile you need to build up by running some 500's at about 80%. This is fairly easy to figure out -your best 400 time + the average 100 meter split of your 400 + 1-.75 sec and divide it by .8. This will give you you 500 split at 80%. Depending on what shape you in do between 4-6 of these with 3 min breaks and an 8 min break at the half way mark. Mix in a couple of days where you do half distances i.e. 400 would mean 200 repeats at about the same 80% pace and bump the reps up to 6-9. This will give you a good running core. Any race 200 and below should be treated as a short sprint race.

The best thing to do for soccer is practicing wind sprints either after practice or on the weekends. Short sprints such as 50 or 100 meter dashes will help X 12 with full recoveries of at least 4 minute rests will help your speed. As you get better add 200 meter dashes or hill repeats. Just try to do these dashes twice a week since you also have soccer practice and don't want to burn yourself out. Practice running relaxed at 90% effort with good form.

I run track myself and i've found that getting the proper amount of sleep, drinking water everyday (try to stay away 4rm soda and whatnot), lifting weights (squats, leg extensions, leg curls, bench press/push-ups, etc.), sprint drills (go to www.runnersworld.com), and keeping active will make you faster. but be sure to lift weights on each leg at the same weight (when it comes to leg extensions and curls) so that both legs are equally strong. THAT HELPS SOO MUCH! it really does.
Hope i was of some help.

GNC has some good stuff. It is usually natural and reliable. I am a distance runner so I'm more for the endurance stuff, but check it out. The site is www.gnc.com. But nothing can make you better than by doing speedwork and lifting.

supplements aren't going to do anything if you don't have the training(practices, weights), dedication, proper diet, enough sleep(rest/recovery),facilities, equipment and talent at something
