I've never done track before but I do like to run and think it would be fun. I'm in the nineth grade in high school and am considering doing the 1 mile race. Currently my times are all around 5min50sec. What should my time be if I wanted to be a "good" runner for that race. Also what's a good time for the 3200meter.

They're not the normal aches you get when you're having diarrhoea or when you're hungry. Those feel like something's squeezing your stomach, or your stomach's burning.

I'm talking about aches that feel like your stomach's getting detached from the fat tissues that're supporting it (you know, your insides are all actually 'hanging' from these fat tissues. And note: I'm not fat or anything).

I'm asking this question because even if I don't eat before jogging and just drink (a little), the pain's still going to be there, like there's nothing I can do about it =( How can I *not* eat or drink before jogging?!?

I've seen some pretty big medals from marathons in the US (Little Rock marathon in particular). I've heard rumours of a glass medal somewhere, can't remember where... I'm willing to travel anywhere to run if the medal makes it worth it!
