What is the mindset? Are you in favor of killing domestic animals as well? Is there a difference between watching a deer bleed to death and a dog? There is an over population of dogs and cats in the U.S. If the killer has no empathy for the animal, and the killer only kills what is legal to kill, what is the mindset of the killer? I would think narrow and extremely primitive.

How do they compare in terms of recoil and stopping power? It looks like the .357 SIG has less powder behind it than the .357 magnum. Does it have a slower muzzle velocity? Is it as lethal as the .357 magnum?

I love deer hunting. I love going out in the wilderness with my shotty and getting down and dirty and participating in the challenging sport of deer hunting. Is anyone waiting for it come around like me I am 1 month away?? And I dont want to hear any sad bambi stories. If we didnt hunt deer they would have overun us by now and we would have to fence off the roads to stop deer/vehicle accidents. population control is necessary.

I have a .22 H&R pistol, I'm wanting to use it to fire only blank shells[I am a Track Starter]. When I fire blanks in it currently it is not very loud. Would shortening the barrel and filing it with lead produce a louder fire? I use .22 black powder shells. Thanks.....

Many people blindly believe whatever they read or hear in the media. I have seen ridiculous stuff in this category, and people get it from mags, it seems. In an old mag, a man tested a Colt Walker replica and said he loaded it with the original charge of 60 grains of powder, conical bullet and felt patch. I owned this gun and know 50 grains was its charge. With some conical bullets, I must reduce it. I see no use for a patch. I put grease around each bullet. An almanac I have has an article that says a "double-action only" is best for novices and experts, but Bill Wilson says in the same mag that he has no use for such guns. I agree with Bill. Is it good to present such opposite views or does it confuse people? I say that the first one is silly and has no place in the mag. Bill agrees! When I was a boy, I bought a mag that listed nonsense in other mags. Some mags said the LES Rojak was a good pistol, but it proved to be junk. It was a poor copy of an imperfected Steyr GB. Any to add?

Im planning on going fishing this weekend. The way the weather and tides are going to be i think ill give the flats a try. Usually I use live shrimp with no weight letting the wind and current take me from one end to the other. It seems to be hit or miss for me. Is that the way the flats are? Any tips will help. Live bait, dead, or lures. thanks
