I'm left handed and was wondering when I shoot an ar-15 will i need something to make the round pop out left instead of right?what about other assault rifles too wil i need one for them?

I am just starting to get back into Shooting again.
I need to find out if anyone has used a 22.250 on Pigs before succesfully. This is one calibre I have not had much to do with over the years, and for what the price is and the hassles of obtaining a firearm nowadays, I do not want to make the wrong choice.
This reason being is that my 2 Daughters , 11 and 14 would also like to shoot with me , and I did not want to see them with Sore shoulders at the end of a trip, to keep them coming back.
We are into Handguns up to 9mm and the Youngest is a bit tender around 30/30's as they boot to much for her.
Any help would be appreciated.

I want to go on an overnight camping trip with my boyfriend for Labor Day, but we want to avoid any sexual situations... Any ideas of how we can stay together but not get *too* close? I think we would just stay in the back of my truck or something.

Unless rap rings are provided in which the rappel rope can be withdrawn from, how does one avoid having to leave anchor gear behind in the rock, such as nuts, cams, slings, biners when rappelling off from a completed climb? I never could figure this one out.

i went camping the other night and we must have caught the attention of a pack of coydogs because they were not coyotes or anything else and we just kept throwing rocks into the woods around the campsite where we heard them and it must have kept them back or there weren't many close but we were ready for them if they attacked. now if they were to attack whats the best thing to do since we have no where to run? we had knives to help if they did decide to attack.

It being Labor Day weekend AND the start of snook season, just wondering if anyone knows any less-frequented areas around the inlet or Sebastian River so we don't have to put up with people's crap. (And I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about...) So if you know a bit about the area and can suggest somewhere that doesn't need a boat (two people don't work in a one person 'yak, after all.) we'd be greatly appreciative.

(A) Are you supposed to measure from the blade tip to the place where the cutting edge ends?

or

(B) Are you supposed to measure from the tip of the blade to where the blade meets the handle?

Example:
[*] If I measure a pocket knife as in method A, it is 2 & 13/16 inches long.
[*] If I measure it as in method B, it is 3 & 1/4 inches long.
[*] That's a difference of 3/8ths of an inch.

The reason I want to know is, if I am shopping for a new knife, I want to understand the dimensions stated on the package. I wouldn't like to buy one, get it home, open up the package, and find out it is shorter or longer than what I would prefer.

I just bought a Muzzleloader. I was wondering what type of breech plug grease. I bought a tube of bore butter before I know what it was it work good for me. then I went and bought a tube of t/c t-17 breech plug grease and I am having problems with the nipple sticking.

Sorry for the confusing question, but I've had this happen to me a few times and I get a little freaked out. But sometimes when I shoot, my gun will jam and the bullet is lodged in a bizzare manner. Nothbing to uncommon, but bizzare cas far as the position. My question is this: When I go to pull back and eject it and it struggles to get out, will to force of the barrel cause the bullet to fire at the angle its in? I'm sorry for the confusion, but I'm not sure how to word this.

If you are not eating the fish isn't this a bit mean? You stab a worm clean through, thats gotta hurt, then you proceed to drown it and feed it to a fish. Then you jab a hook into the side of a fishes mouth, pull it in by that hole, un-hook it, and throw it back in the water.

Plus you just made it late for something.

I have to come up with a highschool sciencefair idea within one week. I was thinking about doing something with guns, such as does the cost of the bullet effect the accuracy. I don't think this will be good enough for a highschool science fair, do you have any other ideas? Is this a good one? If I am going to use this I was thinking of including the velocity of it as something sciency.
