For

Wildlife wolves included require management. Wolves whelp 4-8 pups depending on climate and prey conditions. Wolves not unlike coyotes kill ranch stock as it's often easier prey to take on a cow and calf then it is an elk or buffalo cow and calf.

In northwestern Wyoming, south east of Cody Jellystone park officials and other ecowhacks are known to dump problem animals. The ranchers are pretty peeved by it..

One thing the ecowhacks have PR campaign that make the wolf look like an innocent critter. fact is wolves pack up, breed and packs split and propagate. without control cattlemen and sheepmen would have financial problems.

I believe Wyoming is considering allowing ranchers to shoot wolves and bear that have become problems on their land. Frankly it's past due time.. After I've reviewed the posts I would recommend some of you spend a couple of weeks with ranchers from in Wyoming and get their take on it. Any where from Cody to Dubois, you'll find people aren't happy about the ecowhack culture eating into their livilihood.

For.

Wolves don't mix well with humans or domesticated animals. And despite the coastal Liberal impression, there is no part of the US that's not populated.

I often hike and camp in the Gila Wilderness, where Mexican gray wolves have been 'reintroduced' and I've seen them on the trail. I have also seen some of the nearby livestock they have killed, several calves that were left uneaten. Any fool that says animals don't kill for sport is an idiot.

I'm headed there this Labor day weekend and I'm armed for wolf. I'm not hunting them, but if they find me....

For. Wolves are devils with 4 legs. They kill domestic dogs and cats as well as livestock. Fire away!

DJ is right. I have seen wolves kill hound dogs just for fun. They leave them there, don't even try to eat them or anything.
