middle of the highway. For about five minutes. I have never seen so many bunched together like that before. You would have figured they would have run away, but they just stood there and stared at me. Some were eating the grass along the roadside. This is a very true story by the way. I counted 43 of them. They finally decided to mozzy on off into the nearby harvested corn field. Is this a sign of possibly a good harvest on venison this year? last year i had stopped for a Buck standing just off the road on my way out to my spot to hunt. he crossed the road, got to the other side, stopped, and looked back at me before darting out of sight. That same morning not two hours later i got a ten point buck that weighed 250 dressed. Maybe i read into some things too much, but it doesn't seem coincidental that things like this occur. I'm i in touch with something?

I was wondering if it was smart for me to trade my 1960 (XVI) stamped on the side, Made in Italy .25 cal JetfireB for a new generation Bersa Thunder .380 My Beretta come in the original cardboard box with all writting in Italain. The paperwork inside is in English because it was ment for the States. Honestly, the gun is a 8-9 out of a 10 and box too is perfect. pleae let me hear your thoughts before i do something crazy

This is a multiple question.First, why is a .32 round bigger than a .380 round, yet does less damage? Second, why is my .380 listed as a short 9 (CAL 9 short) on the barrel? I know this is silly to those who know, but please enlighten me?

Im looking to purchase a hand gun for under 600 and that is good to conceal, yet good and fun to shoot at the range, also safe is a good factor too.

Ive heard alot about the Glock 19?

I've been looking at airsoft guns on many sites. But on shortyusa.com it says the utg ak-74's fps is like 350 with a 150 ft range but on airsoftgi.com says it's like 300 fps and 100 ft range. Which company is right? Is that company usually more accurate?

I have a great new Ruger Mark III KMKIII512, 5.5" bull-barrel .22LR pistol. I picked it up from the shop and took it out for a few hours of fun yesterday, running several hundred rounds through it with nearly no problems (2 jams from known-crappy ammo, same box of ammo jammed 2 other guns the same day for me....'nuff said).

The gun performed flawlessly, putting cute little holes in targets as best I could aim them.....but I noticed a pretty good scuff mark on the left side of the bolt when it's retracted that isn't there on the right. Again, the gun worked well...but asymmetric wear always concerns me on something new.

Should I be concerned about this? What should I check/do? I have not taken the pistol apart yet.

I have inherited a store of guns and have a few hundreds of pistols and shouting guns. I want to know the value of them.

If any body can help I can send a list of the inventory.

Thanks

Someone please tell me this is crap and nothing to worry about. So I was reading a Whitetail magazine and I saw this advertisement for a detergent and spray for camo hunting clothes. Their point was this: Camo is mainly manufactured in China and they use a UV brightener to make the camo patterns stand out better. But, they claim, this UV brightener makes a 'blue' signature to deer when out in the woods. But deer see in black and white, so how could they see blue? Its like they're trying to say that in a black and white world, we hunters will be blue beacons standing out among the woods. I'm guessing its just another marketing gimmick to sell something to desperate hunters, timed perfectly with all the recalls from China lately. I'm convinced its crap, but I'm open to anyone's thoughts or opinions.

I've been seriously considering a Para-Ord Warthog PXT 45acp. I'm only interested in this pistol, i don't care how much you like your Glock or your XD, if I want to know about other pistols I'll ask about them. This question is about the Warthog. Owners of this gun, or those of you who have shot them, how do you like the short sight radius, are they accurate? Do you trust them? Is it reliable, what problems if any have you had.
My intention was not to offend anyone, but rather to weed out the answers that contain reference to anything other than the warthog.
