In your opinion, which of these 2 matches was the most important for Steffi?.

1988 US Open Final : Steffi Graf d. Gabriela Sabatini- Steffi became a legend, beating Sabatini to capture the calendar year "Grand Slam", all 4 Major's in 1 calendar year. Steffi won the 1st set 6-3, but Sabatini started hitting her shots. Gaby took the 2nd set 6-3, forcing a 3rd set. In the 3rd, Steffi easily blew Sabatini away 6-1 for the win. At the 1988 Olympics, Steffi disposed of Sabatini again, winning a Gold Medal and capturing the "Golden Slam".

1991 Wimbledon Final : Steffi Graf d. G. Sabatini : This win saved Steffi's year. At the time, Sabatini had a 5 match win streak over Steffi. Sabatini served twice for the title, but couldn't finish Steffi off. Instead, Steffi finished off Sabatini 6-4,3-6,8-6. A critical win, as Steffi ended her losing streak to Sabatini, and an 18 month Grand Slam winless drought.

The Mitchell Report is making it look like the players are the ones at fault here. The only owners and GM's in the report are Sabean and McGowan. Bud Selig is coming out of this like he didnt use these guys to bring the game back and all owners and GM's are looking like the victims.

Selig should be fired.

Im listening to the radio station that FP Santangelo is on and he has admitted to taking performance enhancing drugs and has owned up to the report, however he is saying the report is not accurate in what he took exaclty and that there are alot more players that are not on this list. He has said that Ken Camaniti was right when at least half of baseball players have used PED's.

I tend to believe him since guys like Luis Gonzales, Mike Lowell, Javier Lopez, and Pudge Rodriguez didnt show up on this report. What do you thinK?

I saw him on First Take this week. I was waiting for him to complain about Skip. Nothing caught my attention until he made an excuse for only having 21 yards last week. He said that he was covered by 2, 3, and sometimes 4 DB's. Does he really believe that the entire secondary was covering him? He probably still felt he was open, too. Haha

Schneider and Perry for Koivu, Halak, and a prospect. Selanne would then return and play with Koivu.

Doesn't seem to me like it would hold any water. Habs would get the better end of the deal. It would have to be some prospect IMO to get Perry.

With the Mitchell Report out, the Players Union is pissed... and rightfully so. Most of the report was based on hearsay and the players have all been slandered... I'm not saying it's not deserved. Anyone else worried?

The McLaren apology was signed by Martin Whitmarsh.

And Heikki's arrival at McLaren was also announced and explained by Martin Whitmarsh.

Where did Ron go? The FIA cancelling the February WMSC meeting along with the shocking McLaren apology all leads the final closure to Ron.

I am 100% sure that all these spying events occured behind Ron's back and his emotional statement at Silverstone was genuine but unfortunately most likely based on an incomplete investigation of the team back then.

But as Team Principal, CEO, and Chairman of McLaren, the blame eventually gets to the top of the chain of command.

So will Ron be forced to pay the price with his job?

If Ron leaves, my heart will break into a thousand pieces. I cannot imagine McLaren without Ron.
