The most vulnerable team right now is probably the Browns, who currently hold the AFC's sixth seed. They have a one-game lead on both Buffalo and Tennessee, and have to face the Bills this weekend. They've also got what could be a tough game next week against a Bengals team that is playing well.
If the Bills beat the Browns this weekend, Tennessee would likely be the biggest threat to take that last spot. They play the Colts on the last weekend of the season, but have two relatively easy games before then. And if the Colts have clinched the second seed by Week 17, then they're likely to rest most of their guys, giving the Titans a good shot at winning that game.
In the NFC, the Vikes are still on the bubble. They have a pretty easy schedule to end the season, but any slip-up could open the door for the Saints, Lions or Cardinals.

Well, home field advantage and/or a first round bye. I think that the Cowboys are most vulnerable. As a whole, the NFC is actually a better division than the AFC(as a whole-not the best teams in the league). The truth is that they are probably going to have to play the Packers again.....watch out.

The Dallas Cowboys are playing this week for the number 1 seed in the NFC, then next week for the first round bye. But the most vulnerable i would say is the Patriots when the Colts beat them.

As of yet, there have been no seeds decided. Once they have then teams will want to stay sharp and will likely play most starters for at least a half to 3 quarters before they rest them.

If they have already been seeded, and have no numerical way of losing that position, then there is no gain for them except for pride, and momentum. Something can be said about losing several games before going into the playoffs. Winning seems to spawn winning. Losing makes one question yourself.
