Belichick - it's his call.

And frankly, I'm rooting for that to happen :)

Depends...
If it's in the 4th quarter and the game has already been decided and Brady is still in, then it's Bellichick's fault.
If the game hasn't been decided, and Brady gets hurt, then it's the offensive line's fault. But if he gets hurt and no one touched him like Dennis Dixon did, then it's all on him; Doesn't have to be a running QB, could be a misstep and mess up his ankle or something.

Bellichick, because he should know teams are going to go after Brady for the way they run up the score. Leaving the starter in when you are up 48-7 or being up by 20+ and going for it on 4th and goal is what is going to get people going for you. This game against the Jets isn't totally meaningless yet. The Patriots can get the top seed with a win, if they lose all three games and the Colts win all three then the Colts would still get the top seed.

This question is so meaningless...
How is he any more likely to get hurt in these game than he is in the previous 13? Ask the Colts how effective it is to rest starters when you've already locked up the bye week (2005, offense was out of sync in playoffs, they lost in their first game).

Besides, unlike people here who wish for injury, the opposing team's players are professionals who have respect for each other. Now, that's not to say that if a player has a clean shot at the QB he'll back off, but they'd do that to any QB. It's football, not tiddly winks...

No fault, unless somebody misses a block.

I don't think it would be anyone's fault. They're playing a violent sport, and you can't worry all the time about keeping players away from injury or you'd never play to win.

And the games aren't meaningless. If you sit Brady for the last three games, that means a 4-week layoff before his next game because of the bye. Do you really want to go in with a guy who hasn't thrown a pass in a month?

It happens. There is no blame. Brady needs to be playing and not for records or stats but because you need to play every chance you get to keep your game up.

You don't pull a pitcher when he's hot or bench a batter on a streak and you don't bench Brady going into the playoffs.

You people that think you should are not real football fans and those of you hoping he does get hurt deserve to have your answering privileges removed.

I'd blame Bellichick, especially if the game is already won when it (injury) happened.

Personally, I think he should do what the Colts did the other night against the Ravens.
3rd quarter, the Colts had the game in hand ...Dungy SAT Manning instead of keeping him in. Peyton played 3 qtrs and got plenty of work in, so no 'rust' factor there.

I think the reason why he wont sit Brady is not rust, but because their backup QB is horrible!!

No one. It's a fact of life as a pro sportsman. You know going in whether your team is 0 and 1 or 13 an 0 you could get injured no matter who you are.
I've seen playeres get hurt by their own teammates. It's a contact sport and anything can happen.
I wish no bodily injuy to any player on any team just so my team can get a win. That is just cruel and heartless.

If Tom Brady sucked in the playoffs because he was rusty from not playing all out in the last few games who is at fault?
Kraft for not making Bellichik play him?
Bellichik for not playing him?
Brady for not demanding to play?

First off, you can't sit him just yet. They need to win this weekend to clinch the #1 seed in the playoffs. If he's hurt after this week, everyone is to blame. The owner or GM can be blamed for not making Belichik sit Brady, Belichik for not sitting Brady, Brady for not wanting to sit. Depending on how he gets hurt, you can blame the O-line, running back or even the receivers.

No matter who is to blame, I wouldn't care at all if it happened.
