Most people assume that just because his name was on the Mitchell report that he's automatically guilty of using performance enhancement drugs. In reality...that's hardly the case since he was never given a fair opportunity to make a defense for himself. Furthermore, the only evidence they have against is testimonial evidence which isn't nearly enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Clemens is guilty. The only problem is if he does contest the allegations, then he could further incriminate himself. So what should he do now that his legacy is at stake?

Steroids? Give me a break this will never be corrected. Instead of doing what they did they should have been coming up with a plan for beefing up the drug testing. But anyway how about focusing on THE GAME and WHY you play it. How about going back to the good old days when all you could think about was playing and not money and politics. You make more money then most people will in a life time and thats the bench players. Whats your take on sports today and how can it be fixed?

Earlier this year, while I was teaching my 8-year old son how to dive, a lifeguard attempted to provide some assistance to him. Long story short, the lifeguard had my son perform a poorly conceived exercise that resulted in him slamming the upper portion of his right leg against the pool deck, causing a contusion on the upper part of the leg and abrasions along the shins on both legs from scraping the edge of the pool as he fell in. This exercise basically involved having the lifeguard hold one of my son's feet down to the pool deck while my son attempted to dive. The physical injury my son suffered was extremely painful for him but, thank God, caused no lasting damage. Do I have grounds for a lawsuit or any disciplinary action against the pool facility? To be clear, I'm less concerned with $$$ than I am with the dismissive attitude of the pool manager. His take on the accident is that as long as it was unintentional, then no harm done - which just isn't right. What would you do?

Most websites you buy blanks guns from say that you can't. But I believe they are just saying that so you don't actually change the parts and make it a real gun. But all thats plugged is the barel right? You could just change the barel on the gun and you have a real gun after that. Right? I'm sure someone knows.

I ended a pretty easy wrestling practice today at 125.3 pounds. My tourney is tommorow and the weigh ins are at about 8 or so. If i dont eat breakfast before the tourney tommorow will I be on weight. So I guess my real question is, do I lose weight from the transition of falling asleep and waking up. (if so how much)?

Many years ago they had a basic water rescue class where you had to learn to float with your clothing on (fully clothed). Is there still classes anywhere that still does something like this? I've found basic water rescue classes, but they no longer do the clothed swim function. What about water aerobics, do folks go clothed to those classes?

I'm in a salary cap league and I currently have Brady and Moss. But, after checking the salaries, I found that I could afford Peyton Manning and Antonio Gates in those positions instead.

This impending snowstorm in New England has got me worried that Brady and Moss will perform like they did in Baltimore. Sure, the Jets' defense sucks. But, it's going to be 34 degrees, 80% chance of rain and snow, and a 41-MPH wind.

Meanwhile, San Diego is looking to clinch a playoff spot in what will be a cool (by San Diego standards) day at about 65 degrees and no chance of precipitation. Also, Manning is going up against a pathetic Raiders team in similar conditions, and looking to swoop in if, for some reason, the Patriots don't go undefeated.

So, what should I do? Go with Brady and Moss in a snowstorm, or go with Manning and Gates in very favorable conditions against very weak opponents.

BTW - this is a points-per-reception league.

I am a Sophmore in highschool and currently run a 4.6 and bench 240 while also squating 290, while wieghing in at 152lbs. Coaches and some fans (and no not my parents) have compared my running style to 2 completely different running backs, Barry Sanders and Jim Brown both very good running back but completely different. Freshmen year in a half a game i ran for over 200 yards including a 97 yd touch down run that was called back because of 1 of my team mates clipped somone in the back. But that was a run play up the middle.

I run the 400m Dash for my highschool. I've been running track since third grade. Recently, I have had problems with my knees on the 400m Dash. I start off okay, without any pain, but when I leave the last curve coming into the final 100m of the race, my knees begin to get really tight and heavy, making it difficult for me to pick up speed. I don't feel tired, my knees just won't let me push myself to run faster on the last 100m. When I finish the race, my knees and the back of my knees really hurt and feel tight. I tried stretching myself longer, but it didn't help my knees any. What is this, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

It's quite funny how all the Cowboys haters are trying to predict the future by using lame excuses like, "Oh, Romo can't catch a snap" or "Oh, Romo will choke like he did last year".

Keep the lame excuses coming, haters.

Highschool bud in Indy camp says practice is going fine. The are healing up and getting tight for the final run. Manning is sharp as a tack. They stay healthy, they win No. 2. I really feel good for their chances to repeat. They learned their lesson in the first Pat game.
