Distant Past - Vince Lombardi hands down.

Recent Past - Jimmy Johnson...created an amazing dynasty thanks to the Vikings and great drafting.

Present - How can you not say Tony Dungy? With his son committing suicide and his ability to keep things on track and pull off a SB win the next year. The ability to focus on football after something like that impresses me the most. Some of this may be key team leaders (Manning, Freeney, Harrison) but someone has to keep it running smoothly. But hats off to the man.
