NO. As per NASCAR rules, only gasoline provided by Sunoco can be used in the combustion portion of the engines. Therefore injecting water into the intake system is illegal.

Denny Hamlin tried that at Atlanta. It didn't work out that well.


Seriously water or any other kind of injection is not allowed by Nascar rules.

Nope...all race fuel is provided by sunoco...we all saw that MWR could not get by with alittle Jet Fuel....sorry no water fuel...big time outside of the fuel regulations..

Any sort of "injection" is not permitted in NASCAR.
