When the Ratbirds have the same bad season next year, then it will be time to figure out who is the next coach there. He is safe this off season.

The Ravens ownership stated that he will return next year.

They may do that in hopes of getting Cower the following year (Cower said he is taking 2 years off).

The only thing that may change that is that Atlanta really likes Cower and may do a lot to try and get him for next year.

whoever it is they will inherit a bunch of second rate players. he's not much good but pity the next coach.
